What happened to Buggy the Clown? One Piece.

So Buggy the Clown is one lucky cursed man in One Piece. After Luffy sent him flying, he landed on an island, made a raft to land on another island while fighting the fish. Then a giant bird eats him and spits him out onto ANOTHER island, Gaimon's island. From there, some random lady with a heart shaped ship finds Buggy, kills the giant crab attacking him & helps him find his crew and his body parts.
I have a few concerns:
1.Who is that lady with the heart shaped ship? I feel like it's Alvida, but I don't know if I'm correct there.
2. I was really hoping that Buggy would be rather stuck with his missing body parts because that would've been funny.
I wonder if Buggy the Clown could ever possibly become a good guy...
