In this One Piece RxN video, I get to see the Strawhat pirates, Luffy, Zoro, Nami, Usopp & Sanji, arrive at Loguetown and start buying a crap ton of stuff for their voyage into the Grand Line. Zoro managed to find 2 new legendary swords, one that was cursed & the family treasure that the shop owner gave to him, entrusting his dream with Zoro and his dream. Usopp also met the former marine turned bounty hunter, Daddy the Parent. Daddy the Parent lost in a duel to Yasopp, Usopp's father & has now served to bring courage to Usopp. Luffy, of course, had a small fight with the marine Captain Smoker, who punched him a bunch. Captain Smoker has a Devil Fruit's power, related to smoke somehow, but his personality is totally different than any other marine captain so far. He is surely intimidating, but he is not a monster in the way he treats people. With the girl who dumped her ice cream on Captain Smoker's pants, he apologized to her & gave her money to buy 5 more scoops! I am wondering what his part in Luffy's adventure will be. Since Captain Smoker admired Gold Roger as a kid, I'm sure he'll find admiration for Luffy as well.
